Compensation:

$18•$22 hourly

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times. Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote independence. Monitor and document residents' health status, reporting any changes to the nursing team promptly. Support residents during meals, ensuring dietary needs are met and encouraging social interaction. Maintain a clean and organized environment, contributing to a welcoming and safe community for all. Engage residents in meaningful activities, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident's unique needs.
