Group Home Manager Job Description A New Beginning Group Homes Position Summary The Group Home Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned group home operations to ensure compliance, quality care, staff accountability, and member safety. This position serves as a leadership role within the organization and works closely with ownership, HR, Team Leads, guardians,support coordinators, and outside providers to ensure quality services are provided in accordance with Arizona DDD, HCBS, and OLCR requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned group home
• Direct Support Professionals.
• Conduct routine home for compliance, cleanliness, and safety.
• Assist HR with timecards, employee files, onboarding, and compliance tracking.
• Train and mentor new staff members on policies, documentation, and member care.
• Attend member meetings, ISP meetings, and behavioral meetings with guardians and support coordinators.
• Assist with staffing coordination, scheduling support, and call-off coverage.
• Monitor documentation, medication records, incident reporting, and compliance standards.
• Respond to emergencies, incidents,staffing concerns, and operational issues as needed.
• Ensure professional communication with staff, guardians, support coordinators, and providers.
• Support behavior plans, individualized supports, and member goals.
• Conduct routine check-ins at to ensure appropriate programming and supervision.
• Complete operational tasks, projects, and assignments assigned by ownership or executive management.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; related healthcare or social services experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in DDD, behavioral health, healthcare, or residential services preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in fast-paced environments. Requirements
• Valid Arizona driver license with acceptable driving record.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.

Pay:

$18.50 - $19.50 per hour
