Administrator - Nursing Home Located near Bridgeport, CT Salary
•Depending on experience
• A beautiful privately owned skilled nursing facility located near Bridgeport, CT is looking for a strong Administrator.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
Qualifications:
Must have valid Connecticut Administrator license Must have 3-5 years experience as an Administrator Must have longevity in prior positions Must have experience in long term care/skilled nursing Must have excellent leadership skills Must be a self-starter and energetic Proven Leadership & Management skills Strong verbal & written communication skill Hudson View Network is a medical recruiting firm whose goal is to bridge exceptional talent to superior institutions.
