Day Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of facility operations with a focus on quality care, compliance, and financial performance Cultivate a positive and collaborative workplace culture that supports staff development and high retention Monitor and drive performance improvements across all departments, including nursing, support services, and administrative functions Engage with the local community and foster relationships with residents and their families Ensure that all regulatory standards are consistently met, and the facility is survey-ready at all times
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting Active LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) certification Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively A commitment to quality care and a passion for improving patient outcomes Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high performance
