Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results-driven Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility. The Administrator will oversee the daily operations of the facility while ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and overall financial and operational success. Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to all departments and facility staff. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS and state survey requirements. Promote a culture focused on exceptional resident care, dignity, safety, and satisfaction. Oversee staffing, employee performance, recruitment, retention, and development. Monitor facility operations, quality measures, budgets, and financial performance. Work closely with the Director of Nursing and department leaders to achieve facility goals. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, employees, physicians, and community partners. Prepare for and participate in regulatory surveys and ensure timely completion of plans of correction. Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions. Ensure facility policies and procedures are consistently followed. Qualifications Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Kentucky. Previous long-term care or skilled nursing facility leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Strong understanding of budgeting, staffing, quality improvement, and facility operations. Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a genuine commitment to serving residents.
