You'll work closely with interdisciplinary leaders, physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families to create an environment where people feel supported, respected, and heard. You'll help build and develop strong teams by mentoring leaders, investing in employee growth, and creating a workplace where people are proud to serve. You'll guide quality improvement efforts, regulatory readiness, staffing strategies, financial stewardship, and operational planning while keeping resident well-being at the center of every decision. Some days you'll be working alongside department leaders to solve challenges and improve outcomes. Other days you'll be connecting with residents and families, mentoring managers, reviewing quality initiatives, preparing for surveys, or celebrating the accomplishments of your team. You understand the profound impact leadership has on residents, families, and employees. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Nursing Home Administration, or a related field. Current Michigan Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing OR willing to obtain within the first year of employment. Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing - required. Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in a healthcare environment. Minimum of five years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting.

Experience building strong teams, managing operations, overseeing budgets, and driving quality outcomes preferred. Why Wellspring?
