It requires someone who can care for the whole person while supporting the family members walking alongside them. At Wellspring, we're looking for a Hospice Registered Nurse who is passionate about helping patients live with comfort, dignity, and peace while supporting the people who love them. As a Hospice RN , you'll provide nursing care to patients wherever they call home while serving as an advocate, educator, care coordinator, and trusted source of support. You'll help patients manage symptoms, maintain comfort, and experience the highest possible quality of life while helping families feel informed, prepared, and supported throughout their journey. Most importantly, you'll help ensure no one walks this journey alone. What Your Impact Will Look Like You'll build meaningful relationships with patients and families during a deeply personal stage of life. You'll assess changing needs, develop individualized plans of care, and provide skilled nursing interventions that focus on comfort, symptom management, and quality of life. You'll help patients remain as comfortable and independent as possible while honoring their goals, wishes, and values. You'll serve as an educator and guide, helping families understand what to expect, navigate difficult decisions, and feel more confident in providing care and support. You'll collaborate with physicians, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, bereavement professionals, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, coordinated care. You'll advocate for patients and families while helping ensure their physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs are addressed with compassion and respect. Some days you'll provide symptom management and medication education. Other days you'll support a worried family member, coordinate services, collaborate with the care team, or simply sit beside a patient and offer comfort through your presence. You find purpose in helping others through difficult transitions. What You'll Bring Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license. Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Two years of nursing experience preferred. Hospice, home health, medical-surgical, critical care, or related experience preferred. Strong assessment, communication, case management, and clinical documentation skills. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. $39.00 - $43.00 / hour (based on experience & licensure)
