The CBRF Director provides overall leadership and oversight of care team members, ensuring that responsibilities are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with quality standards. This role is accountable for staff performance, scheduling, compliance, and resident well‑being within the facility. This is a 20-bed CBRF, so the Director wears many hats and serves as both the operational and business leader for the community.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conducting tours for prospective residents and referral sources while driving occupancy through marketing and relationship-building. Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and retaining staff, functioning as the community's HR leader. Overseeing daily operations, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance. Completing annual and significant change resident assessments and maintaining Individual Service Plans (ISPs) in coordination with Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) Preparing monthly private-pay statements, monitoring accounts receivable, and completing basic collection efforts. Ordering food, medical, and operational supplies Supervising the RCC, Activities, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and caregiving staff. Participating in the shared on-call rotation and providing floor support when necessary.
Experience Requirement:
A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in an Assisted Living Setting.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, generally 8:00/8:30 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM. This is a salaried, 45-hour-per-week position.
