Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Adjunct Anatomy and Physiology Instructor with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree to join our healthcare education team. Responsibilities Provide teaching-learning process, and coaching to nursing students. Participate to design, develop, and implement engaging curricula aligned with accreditation standards and institutional goals. Evaluate student performance through observation, documentation review, and assessment , ensuring compliance with educational regulations. Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to track student progress and facilitate online instruction components. Incorporate teaching strategies and advanced learning technology to enhance experiential learning opportunities. Collaborate with faculty colleagues on curriculum development to ensure a comprehensive educational experience. Maintain detailed records of student activities, attendance, and competency assessments in accordance with accreditation requirements. Skills Proven teaching experience in educational settings within nursing programs. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and educational compliance standards. Experience working with post-secondary students in adult education environments, including online instruction via Learning Management System (LMS platforms. Two years of teaching experience in Anatomy and Physiology course. Familiarity with teaching and learning technology to support diverse learning styles. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds Prior college faculty experience or teaching experience in nursing education is highly desirable.
