Position Summary As an LPN Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing daily nursing operations and supporting the delivery of high-quality resident care. Working closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, you will help ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and accountability. What You'll Do Supervise daily nursing activities and clinical operations. Ensure quality resident care is delivered in accordance with established standards and policies. Support, guide, and mentor nursing staff. Monitor compliance with applicable regulations and facility procedures. Collaborate with nursing leadership to maintain a safe and effective care environment. Promote resident dignity, safety, and well-being at all times. Qualifications Required Education & Licensure Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program. Current, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice. Experience Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare setting preferred. Preferred Skills Strong leadership and communication abilities. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
