Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse for our 11p-7a night shift. This 7 On / 7 Off schedule provides a full week off between rotations while offering the consistency of a full-time nursing position. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition. Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation. Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team. Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing - REQUIRED. Current CPR/BLS certification. Charge Nurse experience preferred. Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills. Dependable and committed to quality resident care.
