Very Competitive Pay Based on Experience and Qualifications Weekend Nursing Leadership Opportunity Registered Nurse (RN) License Required Lead the Weekend Nursing Team Sumter Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Shift Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support to our weekend nursing team. As the RN Weekend Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee nursing operations during your assigned shifts, support nursing staff, and help ensure residents receive consistent, quality care. Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight for weekend nursing operations. Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Conduct rounds and monitor resident care and changes in condition. Assist nursing staff with clinical concerns and resident care needs. Respond to emergencies and ensure appropriate clinical follow-up. Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Support documentation, infection prevention, resident safety, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing - REQUIRED. Current CPR/BLS certification. Previous nursing experience required. Nursing Supervisor, House Supervisor, Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, or other nursing leadership experience preferred. Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Dependable and confident leading a nursing team.
