Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration Document accurately in MAR/TAR in real time Monitor residents' symptoms, report adverse reactions, and support care plan updates Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) Transcribe physician orders and observe/report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and ensure compliance standards

Qualifications & Skills:

Active LPN license in good standing CPR and First Aid certifications Strong assessment and documentation skills Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
