Role Description The Nursing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Watsonville, CA. This position oversees clinical operations, including supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care plans, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing schedules, providing clinical guidance, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting professional development for the care team. The Nursing Manager collaborates with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes, maintain documentation accuracy, and promote quality improvement initiatives. The role also involves communicating with patients and families, addressing concerns, and fostering a respectful and supportive care environment.
