Grand Villa Senior Living of Palm Bay is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Memory Care Nurse Manager to lead our Memory Care Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional care to residents with memory-related conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Memory Care Department, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations. Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences. Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of residents' health and well-being. Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with facility policies and procedures. Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida. Previous experience in memory care or geriatric nursing preferred. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
