Job Description

Assistant Nurse Manager at St. Luke's Health System in Jerome, Idaho, United States Job Description Position Summary The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for the Emergency Dept. and Infusion Center plays a key leadership role in supporting high-quality, patient-centered care within a nonprofit Critical Access Hospital. Working collaboratively with the Nurse Manager, the ANM provides day-to-day clinical and operational leadership, supports staff development, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes a culture of safety, teamwork, and compassionate care. This role is ideal for a clinically strong registered nurse who values community-focused healthcare and is ready to grow into nursing leadership.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors of Science in Nursing
Experience:
3 years nursing experience Previous ED and or Infusion experience preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
Current RN License required and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
