Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (Registered Nurse to lead and oversee high school CNA students at their clinical site (Savanna, IL and/or Galena, IL). This role includes maintaining compliance with state requirements, coordinating with the program instructor, supervising students, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of the program. Responsibilities Supervise CTE Academy CNA students as they complete clinical hours on-site. Work with the CTE instructor to create a clinical schedule. Communicate regularly with clinical sites for feedback and issue resolution. Verify all students remain in good standing. Manage cancellations due to weather and notify stakeholders accordingly. Monitor clinical hours, student progress, and address deficiencies. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, state healthcare laws, long-term care regulations, and hospital policies related to patient privacy and safety Total clinical hours: 200
Pay:
$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 8.0 per weekBenefits:
