Supervising clinical care and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., DNV, OSHA, AORN). Developing physician relationships and supporting departmental operations, including equipment management and survey readiness. Leading staff development, performance appraisals, recruitment, and fostering a positive work environment. Monitoring quality metrics, patient and staff satisfaction scores, and implementing improvement plans.
