We are seeking an outstanding RN Nurse Manager to join our nursing leadership team at Envive Healthcare of River City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and services to our residents. Don't stand out, be outstanding!

Responsibilities:

Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan, ensuring use of appropriate safety devices, positioning and toileting plans, infection control measures, and more. Coordinate and supervise all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for residents. Regularly round on nursing units to check-in with staff, residents, and provide support and direction as needed. Assure staff treats residents with dignity and respect, follows facility policies and procedures, and creates a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life. Provide support and direction for nurses, including assessment and care planning, task management, and education. Monitor and assure that incidents, accidents, and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly, and communicate effectively with all responsible parties.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed RN/LPN. Minimum one-year experience in long-term care - supervisory experience preferred.
