RN Manager | Madonna Manor - Villa Hills, KY Madonna Manor has an exciting new opportunity for an RN Manager! The RN Unit Manager is responsible for assuring quality resident care while maintaining nursing service objectives and standards of nursing practice in conjunction with the Director of Nursing. The RN Manager serves as a resource person in both the clinical and management setting while also acting as a positive clinical role model and effective change agent to ensure optimum delivery of nursing care and services.

Job Responsibilities:

Accountable for day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department in accordance with Federal, State, and organizational guidelines Attend assigned committee meetings and assist in the management of nursing staff Complete nursing care functions for the facility Satisfy all educational in-service requirements mandated by CHI Living Communities and regulatory agencies Collaborate to coordinate nursing services with other resident services Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents as needed Review complaints and grievances and greet new residents upon admission

Job Requirements:

Associate's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing Registered Nurse currently licensed in the state of employment Currently certified in CPR Long-term care experience preferred One year supervisory experience preferred Minimum one year recent clinical experience related to geriatric nursing Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen Take the next step in your nursing leadership career with Madonna Manor.
