292 Washington St Gloucester 7:00am-7:00pm - Every Other Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) Seacoast Rehab & Nursing Center is currently seeking a Every Other Weekend Nurse Supervisor! Located in Gloucester, we are a short and easy commute away from Salem, Peabody, Lynn, Essex, and Danvers! We are focused on one goal: providing an exceptional experience for our residents and staff. Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN MA State License and current CPR certification Nursing degree from an accredited college or university Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
Job Duties:
Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges Supervise nurses and CNAs Manage staffing changes Support family inquiries and screen visitors Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions Ensure high-quality resident/patient care Provide support to ancillary staff as needed Seacoast truly appreciates our employees and looks forward to welcoming our new Nurse Supervisor to our extended family!
