- Expertise in geriatric or subacute nursing
- Proficiency in medication and treatment administration
- In-depth knowledge of COMAR and CMS guidelines
- Familiarity with Office of Health Care Quality standards Leadership & Communication
- Proven track record of positive leadership
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to partner effectively with team members
