          • In-state ed Nurse License in good standing
          • Expertise in geriatric or subacute nursing
          • Proficiency in medication and treatment administration
          • In-depth knowledge of COMAR and CMS guidelines
          • Familiarity with Office of Health Care Quality standards Leadership & Communication
          • Proven track record of positive leadership
          • Exceptional communication skills
          • Ability to partner effectively with team members
          • Talent for coaching and counseling direct reports Tech Savvy
          • Hands-on experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
          • Proficient computer skills
