Monday-Friday Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a House Supervisor at Potomac Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Rockville, Maryland. As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing units, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care and experience a seamless transition between shifts.Responsibilities:
Manage the flow of patient care on the nursing units, ensuring that all patients receive timely and effective treatment Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Conduct regular rounds on the nursing units to ensure that patients are receiving appropriate care and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staffRequirements:
