Registered Nurse (RN) SupervisorWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, support clinical staff, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities and staff. Monitor patient care and ensure compliance with clinical standards. Provide guidance and support to nursing staff. Address patient care concerns and clinical issues. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Support quality improvement and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing program. Active RN license as required by state regulations. Current BLS certification required. Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
