Day Pay Rate:
Local-$2300/week Traveler- $2600/week Duties Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities to ensure optimal outcomes. Conduct triage assessments to prioritize patient needs and facilitate timely interventions. Oversee IV infusion procedures and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Manage neonatal ventilator operations and provide support for neonatal patients. Collaborate with laboratory personnel to interpret test results and implement appropriate care plans. Stay informed about workers' compensation law and ensure compliance in patient management. Address aliment-related issues by providing comprehensive care strategies. Utilize Athenahealth software for documentation, scheduling, and patient management. Implement acute pain management protocols to enhance patient comfort. Provide primary care services as needed, ensuring continuity of care for patients. Coordinate the use of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) for patients requiring additional support. Requirements Valid nursing license with proven experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting. Strong clinical skills including triage, IV infusion, and acute pain management. Familiarity with neonatal ventilators and laboratory processes is preferred. Knowledge of workers' compensation law is advantageous. Proficient in using Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
