Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts Monitor resident health status and respond to changes Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Valid RN or LPN license in Minnesota CPR certification Ability to pass background check and drug screening Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or similar setting Knowledge of EMR systems Physical stamina to lift and move residents Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
