Qualifications RN License Full Job Description Role Overview:
This position is a full-time nurse management role suitable for those transitioning into leadership, requiring 2 to 5 years RN experience . Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, personnel management, equipment maintenance, and staff supervision . The role involves hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and ensuring departmental productivity aligns with operational goals. It may include participation in budget development and adherence, as well as managing staffing needs, payroll, and staff communication.
Responsibilities:
Manage staff performance, conduct evaluations, and support professional development. Oversee patient care planning and documentation, ensuring interventions suit patient needs. Coordinate staffing, handle scheduling, overtime, and staffing adjustments. Ensure departmental productivity and operational success. Perform safety-sensitive tasks, maintaining alertness and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing RN license 2-5 years RN experience; supervisor experience preferred Additional experience of 5-10 years and less than 2 years supervisor experience is preferred
