Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing services during shifts, supervise nursing staff including LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs, administer medications and treatments, complete resident assessments and care plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Serve as a central communication link between residents, families, physicians, and leadership. Conduct routine rounds, address incidents, and ensure availability of supplies and equipment. Qualifications:
