This position assists with daily nursing oversight, staff supervision, clinical education, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and ensuring that residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. Qualifications Current RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact State required Previous long-term care/SNF leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations Excellent clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to coach, develop, and hold staff accountable Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Commitment to resident-centered care and clinical excellence Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, staff, and interdisciplinary team members
