Supplemental Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to support and oversee school-based 1:1 nursing services in the Western New York area. This leadership opportunity combines clinical oversight, staff support, quality assurance, and direct patient care coverage when needed. The RN Supervisor serves as a key resource for school-based nurses, providing clinical guidance, education, and operational support to ensure high-quality care for medically complex students. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and support to school-based RNs and LPNs Conduct regular nurse check-ins and assist with clinical questions and concerns Support staff with charting, attendance documentation, medication administration, and emergency situations Deliver orientation and ongoing education to nursing staff Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements Serve as a liaison between field clinicians and school administration Train nursing staff on VNS systems and processes as needed Maintain quality and continuity of patient care across assigned locations Cover bus routes and provide direct nursing support when 1:1 nurse call-offs occur

Pay:

$37-$40 per hour

Schedule:

25 hours per week (5 hours per day)
