Position Summary Solero is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and organized Nursing Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, supervising clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a collaborative work environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, and other clinical staff. Coordinate daily staffing assignments and monitor scheduling to ensure appropriate patient coverage. Promote and maintain high standards of clinical care, patient safety, and quality improvement. Provide coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, and ongoing staff development. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures. Monitor documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Respond promptly to patient care concerns, emergencies, and staffing issues. Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and leadership to improve patient outcomes. Participate in quality assurance initiatives, audits, and performance improvement activities. Assist with hiring, onboarding, orientation, and retention of nursing staff. Maintain accurate clinical records, reports, and incident documentation. Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Required Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience. At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement practices. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and Microsoft Office applications.
