$42.00-$45.00 per hour (Approximately 25-30 hours per week) Lead the Future of Home Care Firely Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as a Clinical Manager . This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a growing home care organization that provides high-quality skilled nursing services to medically complex pediatric and adult clients throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. This position begins as a part-time leadership role (25-30 hours per week) with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Clinical Manager position as our organization continues to grow. What You'll Do As our Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and support while helping ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities include:
Provide clinical oversight for pediatric and adult home care clients. Conduct supervisory visits, nursing assessments, and competency evaluations. Educate, mentor, and support field nurses through orientation and ongoing clinical training. Lead ventilator and tracheostomy education for newly hired nursing staff. Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies. Collaborate with physicians, families, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Serve as a clinical resource for nurses caring for medically complex patients. Assist with quality improvement initiatives and clinical documentation review. Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician offices, case managers, rehabilitation facilities, and other referral partners. Represent Firely Services at networking events and community outreach opportunities to support continued growth throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. Qualifications Required Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of three years of nursing experience. Extensive clinical experience with tracheostomy and mechanical ventilator care. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel throughout Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Berks, and Chester Counties. Preferred Home care experience with pediatric and/or adult clients. Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience. Experience educating, mentoring, or training nursing staff. Knowledge of state home care regulations and clinical compliance standards. Experience developing professional relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners. Why Join Firely Services?
