We're seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations, support our nursing team, and ensure the highest quality of patient-centered care. What You'll Do Oversee and coordinate clinical services to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient care. Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nurses and other healthcare professionals. Conduct patient assessments and ensure individualized plans of care are developed, implemented, and updated appropriately. Monitor patient progress and ensure care is delivered in accordance with physician orders and established clinical standards. Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary care team. Participate in admissions, case conferences, care coordination, and discharge planning. Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agency and regulatory requirements. Supervise, evaluate, and support clinical staff while identifying opportunities for professional development. What We're Looking For Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Previous clinical management, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of nursing standards, clinical practices, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary clinical team. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with patients, families, providers, and staff. Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
