This full-time, in-person contract role offers a chance to work closely with a dedicated team providing individualized attention and intervention. You'll play an essential part in helping students strengthen their communication skills, navigating both speech-language goals and behavioral support. You'll enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with a manageable caseload of 18-22 students. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Rhode Island Speech-Language Pathologist (RI SLP) license required SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children and young adults (ages 5-22) Knowledge of or willingness to learn behavior intervention strategies Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and behavioral staff to support integrated interventions Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements Communicate effectively with families and caregivers regarding progress and strategies This position offers highly competitive weekly pay between $45 and $50 per hour, along with a robust benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more.
