Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor for the 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. shift to lead and coordinate nursing services within a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience in LTC and, possess extensive clinical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. This role involves supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on quality outcomes. The position offers an opportunity to influence patient care practices across various units, including acute care, long-term care, and behavioral health services. On Call Rotation Duties Provide direct supervision of nursing staff, including , performance evaluations, and ongoing training to ensure adherence to clinical standards and organizational policies. Oversee patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and medical documentation to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts to deliver comprehensive care tailored to individual patient needs across diverse settings such as geriatrics, or behavioral health. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with legal requirements. Facilitate discharge planning, utilization review, and case management activities to optimize patient outcomes and resource utilization. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Point Click Care for documentation, order entry, and data management. Promote infection control practices and ensure that all staff follow sterile processing procedures and standard precautions. Support quality improvement initiatives aligned with NCQA standards and facility accreditation requirements. Experience 2-5 Years experience in a long term care environment Demonstrated supervisory or nurse management experience leading teams within long-term care settings such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities. Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems like PCC for clinical documentation and workflow management. Knowledge of specialized areas such as dementia or Alzheimer's care, behavioral health interventions, management is advantageous.
