Compensation, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate:

Starting at 26-27/hr for LVNs and $35/hr for RNs, scaling upward with experience

Conduct shift assessments and log routine vital signs for assigned residents. Receive detailed handoff reports from outgoing nurses at shift start. Coordinate hall routines with CNAs to keep daily care schedules moving smoothly. Contact attending physicians to report condition changes and clarify medical orders.
