We're seeking a dependable Charge Nurse to administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident health. You'll work closely with our Director of Wellness and coordinate with Resident Assistants to help ensure daily care runs smoothly. What You'll Do Administer medications and treatments; measure vital signs and weight Communicate with physicians and implement orders; document in resident charts and Nursing Notes Follow medication room, emergency, and hospice/home health protocols (including CPR/first aid) Serve as a liaison with Resident Assistants and leadership Report resident needs and care updates to the Director of Wellness Maintain Communication Log and Shift Change Notes each shift
What We're Looking For:
Current LPN or LVN license in good standing, per state requirements Current CPR certification Must be at least 21 years old Strong English communication skills, verbal and written Proficient with computers and comfortable using electronic documentation systems Why Join Vitality Court?
