Job Description
Our nursing team at Whitney Nursing & Rehab handles clinical care and medication passes on the building floor. In this role, you will track resident status changes and update care plans with attending physicians. You will work directly with floor CNAs to complete care routines on time across every shift. Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications and perform routine physical treatments. Update resident clinical records and care logs in PointClickCare. Direct floor CNAs and assist with resident care when needed. Communicate status changes directly to attending physicians and family members. Complete shift handoffs and review active care plans with incoming staff.
