The Unit Manager at Signature HealthCARE leads a long-term care and post-acute unit, ensuring resident-centered, high-quality clinical care and regulatory compliance. This role oversees day-to-day operations, supervises and mentors interdisciplinary staff, and coordinates individualized care plans for seniors in a skilled nursing setting. The Unit Manager drives quality improvement, safety, and documentation standards while modeling compassion, dignity, and servant leadership. Working within a faith-based, mission-driven culture, this leader collaborates closely with providers, therapists, and families to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction, supports staff development, and contributes to a collaborative, inclusive environment with opportunities for professional growth.
