Job Description

The Dietary Manager/Dietetic Technician is responsible for coordinating and completing clinical nutrition documentation and nutrition care processes for residents in accordance with federal and state regulations, facility policies, and standards of practice. Under the direction and supervision of the Registered Dietitian (RD), this position assists with nutrition screening, assessment documentation, care planning, resident monitoring, and interdisciplinary communication to promote optimal nutritional care and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities include:
Complete new admission nutrition assessments and developing individualized care plans Conduct annual and significant change assessments to evaluate ongoing nutritional needs Document and address weight changes through timely and comprehensive clinical notes Perform accurate MDS coding and supporting care plan development with IDT Provide high risk nutrition charting Collaborate with nursing, therapy and dietary staff to ensure optimal resident outcomes
Wage:
$24.85/hour - $28.85/hour Including MI $0.85/hour wage pass through until 09.30.26 $3,000 Sign on Bonus!

Qualifications:
