Job Description

Our client, a senior living community in Greenfield, WI that offers independent living, assisted living, and long-term care services, is seeking a part-time, direct-hire Dietetic Technician. This role is responsible for identifying and assessing the nutritional needs of residents and patients, implementing appropriate interventions, and supporting overall nutritional health under the direction and supervision of the Registered Dietitian. The Dietetic Technician provides education to residents, families, and staff, serves as a departmental resource, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor residents' nutritional status Implement and evaluate nutrition interventions Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff Collaborate with dietitian and interdisciplinary teams to support care coordination Serve as a resource within the department and facility
Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Dietetic Technician program Registered Dietetic Technician (DTR) credential (eligibility to practice in the state of WI) Minimum of one year of experience in clinical nutrition or food service operations, preferably in a long-term care setting
