What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and goal setting Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Adaptability and creativity in addressing diverse student needs
Your Daily Contributions:
Conduct assessments to determine students' needs and develop personalized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services to students in group and individual settings Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to implement effective interventions Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, progress, and outcomes Train staff and caregivers on strategies to promote student participation and functional skills This position allows you to build meaningful relationships with students and their educational teams, providing essential services that help children thrive academically and socially.
