e2135-72118 Job Description Step into a full-time, on-site pediatric Occupational Therapy role supporting students in a dynamic school setting. Key Qualifications:
Hold a valid license in Occupational Therapy Masters degree in Occupational Therapy required Experience in pediatric or school-based OT environments preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and educational teams Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while adapting to changing needs Passion for fostering development and independence in school-aged children
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess and develop individualized education and treatment plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to support student success Deliver direct therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed Document and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory and school requirements Participate in regular meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams Educate families and staff on strategies and accommodations to maximize student participation Enjoy comprehensive benefits including health and dental insurance, a company-matched 401(k), as well as competitive weekly pay.
