1 Description American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health assignment in the San Francisco metropolitan area, requiring a minimum of 1 year of Home Health/OASIS experience. Details Home Health setting covering San Francisco, primarily the downtown area Caseload of approximately 5-6 patients per day Cases involve gait training, strength building, and range of motion therapy Day shift schedule with options for 4x10s or 5x8s Territory includes a heavily populated homeless area; comfort walking/parking in this environment required, though direct care with this population is not part of the role No on-call requirements Requirements Current BLS certification required Valid California OT license required in hand at time of consideration; license required if applicable Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience with OASIS required Reference from a previous agency in Home Health or Hospice required Kinnser/Wellsky charting experience preferred but not required Previous travel experience required Additional Information Provide skilled OT services focused on gait, strength, and range of motion for home health patients Scrubs of any color permitted for dress code First-time travelers accepted Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate, or Uber rides covered as an alternative if preferred RTO must be provided at time of consideration
