Our school setting and approach are different from a traditional school. Provide school-based OT services based on students' IEP needs and supervise the MVS Occupational Therapy Assistant. Develop and oversee appropriate treatment plans, review OTA services and documentation, and provide required supervision and on-site observation. Monitor student progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP/student-team meetings as needed. Collaborate with teachers and related-service providers to support functional participation, fine-motor skills, regulation, organization, self-care, and other assigned IEP needs. Formal district evaluations are not a core responsibility of this position.
