Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid and current licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience or comfort working in a school-based setting, particularly at the elementary level Ability to obtain and maintain COC clearance (support with the process provided) Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families Proficiency in developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs and therapy plans Organizational skills to manage a caseload efficiently across the school year
Position Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy to elementary students at one campus Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans, and track student progress Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student goals Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school and state requirements Collaborate with a supportive team to create positive student outcomes You'll work 21 hours per week from now through June 2027, offering consistency and the ability to create lasting connections with your students.
