Key Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy required Active license as an Occupational Therapist in the state Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver Occupational Therapy services tailored to students' individual education plans (IEPs) Assess and document student needs and progress Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals Provide direct and consultative services, adapting strategies for classroom success Manage a diverse caseload, maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
