What Youll Bring:

Valid Occupational Therapist license for California Prior experience in school-based OT and/or pediatric settings Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery Comfort working independently and collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams Strong communication skills with students, families, and staff Adaptability in delivering services both onsite and through home health visits if needed

What Youll Do:

Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students, focusing on functional and educational needs Deliver direct therapy sessions in school, via teletherapy, or in home settings as required Monitor and document student progress; maintain timely and organized records Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to integrate OT strategies into daily activities and classrooms Attend meetings and contribute to IEP development and review processes Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment or modifications to support student success This contract is ideal for those who thrive in dynamic settings and want to bridge in-person and virtual care.
