Qualifications:
Occupational Therapist (OT) license, valid in California (or eligibility). Demonstrated experience working in schools, preferably K-8. Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing environments. Strong communication skills with students, staff, and parents. Proven competence in school-based OT assessment and intervention.
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to K-8 students, covering for colleagues on leave. Develop and implement individualized goals and interventions in collaboration with school teams. Conduct assessments and maintain thorough documentation. Engage proactively with teachers, families, and staff to support student participation and success.
