Comprehensive Evaluations:
Complete initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with functional, cognitive, or ADL limitations.Therapeutic Intervention:
Provide skilled treatments targeting ADLs, functional mobility, strength, cognition, and safety.Equipment & Innovation:
Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to ensure a safe transition back to home life.Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
Work closely with PT, SLP, Nursing, and Medical teams to deliver a holistic, coordinated approach to recovery.Expert Documentation:
Maintain precise, timely documentation of resident progress in accordance with California state standards.Education:

Licensure:
Current, valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing.Skills:
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and a passion for the geriatric population.Experience:
